Store selector

Show one store, several or all of them in your reports when your organization has more than one, and know what Fullmetrix remembers.

A Fullmetrix organization can group up to three stores on the same platform, for example one store per country, or a consumer store and a trade store. By default, reports add all these stores together. The store selector lets you show only some of them.

The same selector is also used for Google Analytics, Search Console and ad accounts when you have connected several.

Where to find it

The selector sits at the top right of reports, just before the period button. It has a database icon and shows All sources as long as everything is included.

It only appears if you have at least two sources of the same type. With a single connected store, it is hidden and every number is about that store.

Choose the stores shown

Open the list

Click All sources. The list shows the All sources option at the top, then one checkbox per store. Each store is named by its address, without https://, or by its platform name if its address is unknown.

Check or uncheck

Uncheck the stores to remove, or check the ones to add. The numbers update right away, with no button to confirm.

Go back to all stores

Click All sources at the top of the list. If you uncheck the last checked store, Fullmetrix also goes back to all stores, so a report is never empty.

The button label reminds you of your choice. It shows the store name when one is selected, and the number of sources, for example "2 sources", when several are. On a phone, only the number shows next to the icon.

How numbers are combined

When several stores are included, Fullmetrix adds up their orders, revenue and items sold. Amounts are expressed in your organization's currency, set in Settings, General tab. Average order value is recalculated on the whole, it is not an average of each store's average order value.

A customer who ordered in two of your stores with the same email address is recognized as one person. They are therefore counted once among new customers, on the day of their very first order.

What Fullmetrix remembers

Your choice is remembered in your browser, per organization. You find it again when you come back tomorrow on the same computer. A colleague, or you on another device, start from All sources.

The choice is shared by a family of pages and independent from the others.

Margin pages do not show the selector. They reuse the stores chosen in the e-commerce reports. If your margins look incomplete, open Revenue for example and check that All sources is shown.

When a store is still importing

If you only choose stores whose first import cannot be read yet, the report shows Syncing and updates on its own. The other stores remain available, go back to All sources to see them.

The selector or the multi-store view

The selector works inside a single organization. If your stores are spread across several organizations, the Multi-store view brings them together. You open it from the organization switcher, at the top of the sidebar. The Multiple stores page helps you choose between the two possible setups.
