Integrations
See every Fullmetrix integration, understand what each one adds to your reports, and learn how to read its status before you connect it.
An integration links Fullmetrix to another service you already use, such as your Google Ads account or your Google Analytics property. Once connected, Fullmetrix reads that service's data and shows it in its reports, next to your store's sales.
Each integration adds something specific. Google Ads adds your campaigns and ad spend, Search Console adds your rankings in Google, WhatsApp lets you send messages. You only connect what you use. No integration is required except the store, which provides orders, products, and customers.
Open the integrations page
In the sidebar, click Settings, then the Integrations tab. The page is titled Integrations and shows the subtitle Connect external services to sync your data.
Integrations are grouped by category, in this order. E-commerce, Advertising, Analytics, Communication, Notifications, and AI assistant. Each service has its own card.
A connection belongs to one organization
If you manage several stores in Fullmetrix, each organization has its own integrations. Check the organization name at the top of the sidebar before you connect an account, otherwise that account's data goes to the wrong organization.
Read an integration card
Every card follows the same layout. At the top, the service logo and name, followed by a colored dot. Under the name, a status line tells you what is connected. Below that, a sentence describes the integration. At the bottom, a button lets you act.
The dot sums up the connection status.
| Dot | Meaning | What the card shows |
|---|---|---|
| Gray | Nothing is connected | No account connected, No property connected, or No site connected, and a Connect button |
| Orange | You authorized access but have not chosen an account yet | The status line in orange, for example Choose account, and two buttons, Disconnect and Choose account |
| Orange, red text | Access has expired | Token expired - Please reconnect in red and a Manage button |
| Green | The connection works | The connected account name, or the number of accounts, and a Manage button |
The Manage button opens a window that lists every account connected for that service. From there you can add an account or disconnect one. Each page in this guide describes that window for the service concerned.
If a card shows Integration unavailable and This integration could not be displayed., only that card ran into a problem. Click Try again to reload it. The other cards keep working.
All integrations by category
E-commerce
The E-commerce store card links your PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Magento, Sylius, or Shopify store. It is the source of orders, products, customers, and carts. Connect it first, because most reports and marketing features depend on it. You can link up to 3 stores per organization, all on the same platform.
Advertising
Ad platforms add your campaigns, spend, clicks, impressions, and conversions. Once connected, they appear in the Data section of the sidebar. Their spend is also deducted in the Advertising series of the Margin page. Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads can also receive audiences and conversions from Fullmetrix.
Meta Ads
Facebook and Instagram. Campaigns, ad sets, creatives, and audiences.
Google Ads
Campaigns, ad groups, Shopping products, and audiences.
TikTok Ads
Campaigns, ad groups, creatives, and audiences.
ChatGPT Ads
Campaigns and products, connected with an API key.
Analytics
These three Google integrations describe what happens before the purchase. Your site traffic, the searches that bring visitors, and the catalog Google uses for your Shopping ads.
Google Analytics 4
Traffic, sources, pages, devices, purchase funnel, and traffic from AI assistants.
Search Console
Clicks, impressions, positions, queries, and pages in Google Search.
Merchant Center
Matches your products with the Google Shopping catalog.
Communication
WhatsApp Business
WhatsApp messages, campaigns, automations, and conversations.
Omnisend
Sends your audiences and contacts to Omnisend.
Klaviyo

AI assistant
What happens after you connect
Once an integration is connected, its group appears in the sidebar, in the Data section. For example, connecting Google Ads adds Google Ads with its Overview, Campaigns, Ad groups, and Products pages. As long as no source is connected, the Data section does not appear at all.
For ad platforms, Google Analytics 4, and Search Console, Fullmetrix queries the service when you open a report. There is no import to wait for. Figures appear as soon as the connection is complete, including for past periods. To avoid calling the service on every click, the same report is kept in memory for up to one hour.
The AI assistant can also query the ad platforms, Google Analytics 4, and Search Console you connected, to answer questions about your campaigns or traffic.
Number of accounts per organization
Several services accept more than one account in the same organization, for example one Google Ads account per country. The selection window tells you how many more accounts you can add.
| Integration | Maximum accounts per organization |
|---|---|
| E-commerce store | 3 stores, all on the same platform |
| Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads | 10 ad accounts each |
| ChatGPT Ads | 3 ad accounts |
| Google Analytics 4 | 15 properties |
| Search Console | 10 sites |
| Merchant Center | 1 account |
When several accounts are connected, reports add them up. From the second account onward, an All sources selector appears at the top right of that service's reports. It lets you show only one account or a few. To learn more, read Choose the store or source.
Messages you may see after an authorization
For most services, clicking Connect takes you to the service's own page (Google, Meta, or TikTok), where you authorize Fullmetrix. The service then sends you back to the Integrations page. If something goes wrong, a message appears at the bottom of the screen.
| Message | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Authorization denied | You clicked Cancel or declined a permission on the service's page | Start again with Connect and accept every requested permission |
| Token not obtained. Please try again. | The service did not return lasting access | Connect again. If the message comes back, remove Fullmetrix from the third-party apps of your Google account, then reconnect |
| Connection error | The service refused the exchange, often a temporary problem | Wait a minute and try again |
| An error occurred | The return to Fullmetrix was interrupted, for example because the page was opened in another browser | Start again from the same browser while signed in to Fullmetrix |
If the problem continues, see Connection and access issues.
