Account and company
Understand the difference between your account, your company and your organizations, and know where to manage your profile, your team and your subscription.
Fullmetrix arranges what concerns you on three levels. Knowing them saves you from looking for a setting in the wrong place, or from giving someone more access than planned.
Your account belongs to you alone. It holds your name, photo, email address and sign-in methods. You open it from the Account menu.
The company is the structure that pays and brings the team together. It has a payment method, invoices and members. It groups one or more organizations. You manage it in the Company center.
An organization is the workspace of one store, or of several stores you want to analyze together. It holds the connections, data, reports and Settings. In the Company center, organizations are listed under Organizations.
Where to find these settings
Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar. The menu that opens offers Account, Company, Changelog, Report a bug and Sign out.
Account opens your profile and sign-in security. Company opens the Company center, with the list of your organizations and, if you are an administrator, the team and billing.
What you see depends on your role
In a company, each person is either an Administrator or a User. An administrator sees every organization and manages the team and billing. A user only sees the organizations assigned to them. If a section or button described in this documentation does not show for you, first check your role in Team and roles.
