Detail pages
Open the detail page of an order, customer, product, cart, coupon or campaign, understand what it shows and move from one detail page to another.
A detail page shows everything Fullmetrix knows about one specific item, such as an order, a customer or a product. Reports give you totals, detail pages show you what lies behind them. They help you find the details of a disputed order, the history of a good customer or a product's sales day by day.
Open a detail page
In a report that shows a list, click a row. The detail page replaces the list on the same page. You can open a detail page from several places.
- The tables of E-commerce reports, such as Orders, Customers, Products, Variations, Categories, Brands, Suppliers, Characteristics, Coupons, Refunds, Subscriptions and Carts.
- The Top products and Top categories rankings on the Dashboard.
- Google Ads reports, for campaigns, ad groups and Shopping products.
- Another detail page. In a customer's page, click an order. In an order, click a product.
To open a detail page in a new tab without leaving the list, hold Ctrl (or Cmd on Mac) while clicking the row.
Go back to the list
At the top of each detail page, a breadcrumb shows the name of the source report, for example Orders, followed by the open item. Click the report name to go back to the list. Your browser's back button works too. If you moved from one detail page to another, it takes you back one page at a time.
Share a detail page
The page address changes when you open a detail page. Copy it from the address bar and send it to a colleague. They open the same detail page directly, provided they have access to your organization.
Does the period apply
An order, cart, refund or subscription page describes a single item. It does not depend on the period.
Product, customer, category, brand, supplier, characteristic and coupon pages show sales. Their indicators and charts cover the period chosen with the period button. Change the period to see another time window.
What each detail page shows
Contact pages
A customer page presents their purchases in the store. The contact page, opened from the customer card of an order or from Marketing, then Contacts, presents the person as a whole, with contact details, consents, tags and journey on your site. It is described in All contacts.
Error messages
If the item no longer exists or was never imported, the page shows a message such as Order not found or Product not found, followed by an explanation. This happens with a shared link to an order deleted in your store, or a page opened in an organization that does not contain the item. Go back to the list with the breadcrumb.
