Using reports

Learn once the controls shared by every report, period, stores, filters, columns, charts and detail pages.

A report, in Fullmetrix, is a sidebar page that shows your data as numbers, charts and tables. You find them in the Data group (E-commerce, Margin, Google Analytics, Search Console and the ad platforms) and on the Dashboard.

All these reports share the same controls, placed at the top right of the page. This section introduces them one by one. Once you know how to use them on one report, you know how to use them everywhere.

Before you start

You need at least one connected source, usually your store. If that is not done yet, follow the quickstart. Google Analytics, Search Console and ad reports only appear in the sidebar once the matching integration is connected.

What you find at the top of a report

Revenue report header with the Filters, All sources, period, TV mode, trends, annotations and theme buttons numbered 1 to 7
  1. Filters limits the report to part of your data or loads a saved segment. On some reports, this button sits just above the table.
  2. All sources picks the stores or accounts included, when you have several.
  3. The period button picks the dates and the comparison period.
  4. TV mode shows the report full screen.
  5. Show trends adds a trend line to the charts.
  6. Show annotations places your annotations on the charts.
  7. Change theme switches between light and dark display.

In tables, you also find the Columns button to choose the columns shown, an export button, and the option to click a row to open its detail page.
