Settings
Learn what each Settings tab controls and which one to open to change a number, a display format or an installation.
Settings hold everything that applies to a whole organization, meaning the workspace of one store or a group of stores. Each organization has its own settings. If you manage several, each keeps its own.
To open them, click Settings in the sidebar, below AI assistant. The page opens on the General tab. A row of tabs at the top lets you switch from one setting to another.
When to open Settings
You will mostly come here at three moments.
Right after connecting your store, to check the timezone, currency and amount format. We read them from your store when it connects, but it is worth checking that they match the way you work.
When a number does not match your store admin. Most gaps come from a calculation choice, for example whether cancelled orders count, or whether taxes are taken out of revenue. You set these choices in Reports and Statuses.
When you want to plug something else into Fullmetrix, such as visitor tracking on a custom-built site, a marketing consent checkbox at checkout, or an external tool that reads your reports through the API.
What you need to connect first
The General, Dates and API Keys tabs work without a store. The others need a connected store, because they work on its orders, its statuses and its site. To connect your store, follow the guide for your platform in Platforms.
What you will not find here
Team members, roles and billing are managed in the Company center, which you open from your profile menu at the bottom of the sidebar. Your name, photo and password live in Account. Read Account and company to find them.
