Compatibility
Check your Shopware version, permissions and network settings before installing the Fullmetrix app.
Fullmetrix uses the Shopware App System and the Admin API. It does not install PHP code in the Shopware core and does not need direct database access.
Supported stores
| Item | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Shopware | Shopware 6.6 or 6.7 with the App System enabled |
| Hosting | Shopware Cloud, managed hosting or self-hosted |
| Address | A public HTTPS address used as the Shopware APP_URL |
| Shopware user | Permission to upload, install and activate extensions |
| Fullmetrix | An account with an organization available for this shop |
The Community Edition can use apps on a self-hosted installation. Shopware Cloud accepts apps without server access. A store copied to another domain must use the Shopware app migration flow before Fullmetrix can trust the new address.
Shopware permissions
The administrator installing the app needs permission to open Extensions, upload a ZIP in My extensions, and install, activate and update extensions. A restricted role may be able to view extensions without being able to upload or install one.
Shopware shows the access requested by Fullmetrix before installation. The app reads commerce data needed for reports and receives change notifications. It does not edit orders, products or customers as part of the reporting connection.
Data imported
The connection can import the following Shopware data.
- Orders, line items, payments, deliveries, taxes and discounts.
- Customers and their addresses.
- Products, variants, prices, stock, media and properties.
- Categories and manufacturers.
- Promotions, voucher codes and refunds represented in Shopware orders.
Shopware has no standard supplier entity. Supplier reports therefore depend on product custom fields and stay empty when the store does not provide a usable supplier value. Subscription data is available only when the subscription extension exposes it in a compatible form.
Network requirements for self-hosted stores
Shopware and Fullmetrix communicate over HTTPS. The following must work.
- The public shop address opens without a private network, maintenance page or HTTP authentication.
- The value of
APP_URLmatches that public address and uses HTTPS. - The Shopware server can make outgoing HTTPS requests to Fullmetrix.
- A proxy, firewall or CDN does not remove Shopware app signatures or block the Admin API.
- Shopware scheduled tasks and message queues run normally.
If the store is behind Cloudflare or another firewall, read Cloudflare and firewalls.
How data stays current
Shopware sends signed notifications when supported records change. Fullmetrix also runs regular incremental checks so that a delayed notification does not leave a permanent gap. The store card shows the last successful sync and any action required.
Storefront tracking
The app adds the Fullmetrix tracking code through the Shopware storefront extension mechanism. It does not require a theme edit. A consent manager can delay tracking until the visitor accepts the relevant category. Verify delivery in Tracking script.
