The connection flow in this guide was verified on PrestaShop 9.2.0.
Server requirements
- The PHP cURL extension must be available for registration and synchronization.
- The store must be reachable from the internet.
- The server must allow outbound HTTPS requests to
https://fullmetrix.com. - A firewall, reverse proxy, maintenance page, or bot challenge must not block Fullmetrix requests to the connector.
- The PrestaShop administrator must be allowed to upload and configure modules.
HTTPS recommended
Use a valid HTTPS certificate on the store. It protects the connection and avoids redirects that can interfere with remote requests.
Multistore
Connect each shop context to the intended Fullmetrix store. One Fullmetrix 2.0 connection is supported for each PrestaShop installation context. If the module reports a connection conflict, review your multistore selection before reconnecting.
