Disconnect or uninstall
Stop synchronization temporarily or remove the Fullmetrix connector from PrestaShop.
Choose Disconnect when you may reconnect the store later. Choose Uninstall only when you want to remove the connector from PrestaShop.
Disconnect the store
- In PrestaShop, open Modules > Module Manager.
- Search for Fullmetrix and click Configure.
- Click Disconnect.
- Confirm the prompt.
Disconnecting stops the active connector registration and clears local synchronization state. The module remains installed.
Uninstall the module
- Open Modules > Module Manager.
- Search for Fullmetrix.
- Open the action menu next to the module.
- Select Uninstall and confirm.
The uninstaller removes Fullmetrix configuration values from PrestaShop and attempts to remove the local Fullmetrix journal table. If the table is busy, PrestaShop can keep an inert table that may be removed later by an administrator.
Cloud data is separate
Disconnecting or uninstalling stops future synchronization. It does not automatically delete historical data already present in your Fullmetrix organization.
To connect the store again, reinstall the latest connector and use a new store connection from Fullmetrix.
