Compatibility
Supported Magento and PHP versions, cron, permissions, network, and store-view requirements.
Supported versions
| Component | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Magento | Magento Open Source 2.4.4 or later, or Adobe Commerce |
| Magento framework | 103.0.4 or later |
| PHP | 8.1 or later |
| Connector | fullmetrix/magento-connector |
The connection flow in this guide was verified on Magento Open Source 2.4.8-p5 with connector 1.6.1.
Check the Magento system requirements too
Your PHP, database, search engine, Composer, and operating-system versions must also be supported by your exact Magento or Adobe Commerce release.
Server requirements
- Composer must be able to install packages in the Magento project.
- Magento cron must be installed and running. The connector processes queued updates every minute in its
fullmetrixcron group. - The store must use a valid public base URL and be reachable from Fullmetrix.
- The server must allow outbound HTTPS requests to
https://fullmetrix.com. - A firewall, reverse proxy, maintenance page, basic-auth prompt, or bot challenge must not block Fullmetrix connector endpoints.
- The file owner and permissions must follow the existing Magento deployment policy.
Administrator permissions
The administrator account needs access to the Fullmetrix ACL resource. A full administrator has it automatically. For a custom role, allow the Fullmetrix entry under Magento role resources.
Store views
The connector associates one active Magento store view with the Fullmetrix connection. The selected view determines the storefront URL and the scoped catalog, customer, order, tax, currency, and locale data sent to Fullmetrix.
Choose the store view carefully
Do not connect a disabled, staging, or unintended language store view. If one Magento installation must represent several independent storefronts, contact Fullmetrix support before connecting another view.
Continue with Install and connect.
